Return Policy Details:
Item must be returned within 7 Days of receipt If you not happy with any kobo gear product you are welcome to return within 7 days of receipt. A full product refund with be issued after we have received and inspected the item. Unfortunately the postage paid is non refundable and you will have to get the item back to us.

Exchanges:
At kobo_gear we fully appreciate that sometimes things are not quite right. If you would like an exchange then return the product with a copy of the invoice and an explanation. We will return your new item to you as soon as possible. Please note that we always ask for return postage to resend your item. This postage cost is always priced at halve the amount that you originally paid in the listings and can be paid either by cheque, postal order or paypal which ever suit’s the buyer..
