Item must be returned within 7 Days of receipt If you not happy with any KoboGear.co.uk product you are welcome to return within 7 days of receipt. A full product refund with be issued after we have received and inspected the item. Unfortunately the postage paid is non refundable and you will have to get the item back to us.
Exchanges:
At KoboGear.co.uk we fully appreciate that sometimes things are not quite right. If you would like an exchange then return the product with a copy of the invoice and an explanation. We will return your new item to you as soon as possible.
Products Purchased with Warranty:
If you experience any problems with your item and it is withing the warranty period that you purchased the product with then please Contact Us asking for a warranty returns form which we will then email to you. Simply fill the form out and send the item back to us which we will either fix or replace. |
